Drawn against the machines that will cut it
A joinery detail that a five-side boring centre can produce in one setup is a different drawing from one that assumes a bench and a chisel. Because our engineers detail against our own equipment, the specification that leaves the drawing office is one the factory can actually hold — not an aspiration for the site to negotiate.
Services coordinated before anything is cut
Ceilings, partitions and joinery are set out against the real routes of ductwork, cable tray, sprinklers and structure. Clashes are found and resolved on paper, where they cost drawing time, rather than on site, where they cost programme.
Specification that survives procurement
Every material, coating, edge and item of hardware is fixed and recorded before manufacture begins. That record is what makes the finished room auditable, and what makes a second store or a second floor genuinely identical to the first.
